This is the period in days after signup when
users can get back 100% of all their recurrent fees
for all resources they've used if they decide to
cancel afzalHOST hosting services. Please note that
domain registration fees, setup fees, and/or
bandwidth overage charges, Virtual Private Server,
and Dedicated Server payments are not refundable.
Modernbill licenses are also billed at $9.97 each
month the license was active if canceled within the
first 30 days.
Refunds
To cancel your account you must request it by
sending an email to billing@afzalhost.com. Please
include a reason why you no longer want to host with
afzalHOST. After we receive your cancellation
request and reason for leaving we will cancel your
account.
If your account is cancelled fifth teen (15) days
before your recurring monthly billing date, you will
not be billed for the next month and all payments
thereafter will be cancelled with immediate effect.
99.9% Uptime
Guarantee
This Service Level Agreement (SLA) covers
the availability and uptime of our Shared and
Reseller Services.
Coverage
This SLA applies to any afzalHOST Shared/Reseller
Hosting Customer in good financial standing with
afzalHOST at the time of a service outage.
Specifications
afzalHOST strives to have the content of all your
web sites (which are being served by afzalHOST)
available for HTTP access by any party in the world
99.9% of the time. Service outage (unavailability)
is defined as 100% packet loss from afzalHOST to its
backbone providers. Credits are only available in
the event of 100% packet loss.
Compensation
In the event that that the average availability of
all your websites (served by afzalHOST) falls below
99.9%, afzalHOST will credit the following month's
Service Fee as follows. Such credit shall be
retroactive and shall be as calculated below and as
measured 24 hours a day in a calendar month, with
the maximum credit not to exceed hundred (100)
percent of the monthly Service Fee charge for the
affected month.
